Hello! My name is Simone Aoyama and I am a second year high school student. I am very happy to be able to work with you as a volunteer site representative. Also, thanks to all of you, we are helping a lot of people. I would like to work together with all of you to engage in volunteer activities!
story
I have been involved in a variety of volunteer activities, including festival management and set-up, helping out at the children's cafeteria, and holding lectures.
This project started when Konishi and I went to a volunteer center. I clearly remember that I was treated very kindly there and that I had a good impression of the volunteers. From there, I started interacting with people at facilities who could introduce me to volunteers, and I learned that various places around me were looking for volunteers due to a lack of manpower. Also, when I went to various organizations to get information about volunteering, I was treated with courtesy and received a variety of information.
This is why I started this site. Originally, I was not a person who was enthusiastic about volunteering, but rather someone who had no interest in volunteering. However, when I volunteered, I was able to experience the value that can only be created by connecting with people and not pursuing profit.
However, we cannot help all the volunteers who receive requests by ourselves. We have launched the site.
